We are looking for a Head Chef to run and manage the kitchen for a daytime business. Our food is English cuisine so an experienced person with cooking English food is essential, especially Sunday lunches. The ideal person is someone who does not need micro managing, has the ability to use their own initiative in running an efficient and profitable operation in line with health and safety regulations and the business requirements. Intermediate Spanish is required. English - at the Advanced level.
