Requirements:

• Comfortable engaging with senior (non-technical) business stakeholders;
• Ability to conduct/drive/lead workshops;
• B.sc. or M.sc. at computer or relevant sciences;
• Knowledge of different software development methodologies and have deep experience in at least one of them;
• Understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design, preferably experience in design activities;
• Understanding requirement management;
• Experience in customer relationship management and critical issue handling;
• Confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices;
• Great communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work individually or in team environment;
• Ability to manage client expectations effectively including onsite work;
• Negotiation level of English (other language is an advantage).

Responsibilities:

• Extensive cooperation with external or internal clients;
• Translation of client requirements into highly specified project documentation;
• Development of functional and system design specifications for client engagements;
• Identification of options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
• Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
• Planning and working flexibly to a deadline;
• Documenting the design and work products;
• Observe the quality rules during the project; supply the QA Leader with upcoming ideas;
• Fulfill requirements / responsibilities according to the Quality Management System.
