Our Client has asked us to assist them in their search for Service Centre Managers for their facilities located in Calgary/Edmonton/Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience as a Journeyman Millwright and/or Machinist
• Engineering degree is considered an asset
• Manufacturing, manufacturing sales, operations and management experience
• Finance analysis experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient computer skills (spreadsheets and database maintenance)
• Strong leadership skills
• Valid drivers license

Responsibilities

• Manage the manufacturing facility (sales, operations, financials, customer relations and safety)
• Train, coach and mentor operators and shop personnel
• Prepare monthly/annual reports
• Meet targets, financial goals and quality standards
