The Role:
- Improve the Sales volume, Revenue and Margin position of the organization as key objective and ensure we have a united commercial effort driving us to excel in our business activities and grow and make the organization stronger
- Regular monthly reviews; covering Marketing, activity and margin progression- Analysis market activities, Competitor activities, New product developments - Expand product solutions and offerings
- Devise strategy to manage key accounts and setting objectives in conjunction with divisional sales manager about the account management for all key accounts executives.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Develop and recommend product target positioning, pricing policies which will ensure most cost effective manufacturing plans and protect sales portfolio with divisional Sales Marketing manager
- Internal Web development in conjunction with MD, GM, Sales and Technical managers
- Externally deal with all updates with agents and IT support staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business or equivalent, Preferable MBA in Marketing
- At least 10 years business development / strategy experience with minimum 3years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience within the Packaging/Printing Industry
- Must have good knowledge and understanding of the flexible packaging industry (marketing and business development)
- Excellent track record of achievements in various aspects of sales and marketing with solid business acumen.
