Job Description
Role purpose:
-To understand the Youth segment with quality insights and use these to provide leadership and direction.
-Create and implement a roadmap of segment led propositions that deliver the Youth P&L along with other commercial and customer KPIs. Operate as a leader in the business to influence and inspire cross functional teams to deliver against this roadmap.
This role will ensure there is a high quality and competitive experience for all Youth prepaid and postpaid customers.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
-Work cross functionally to deliver the roadmap initiatives for the Youth segment in Qatar.
-Define new propositions for the Youth segment.
-Understand the complete customer experience and design improvements and cohesion across all customer touch points.
-Drive improvement in commercial performance by capitalising on emerging opportunities, closing gaps and understanding impacts of competitive activity and responding in the best way possible.
-Maintain awareness of industry trends and an open dialogue with Group counterparts to leverage and share best practice.
Key performance indicators:
-Quarterly revenue market share
-Youth revenue, contribution margin, customers and tariff and value related NPS results
-Specific cross-net market share metrics on base and new customers
-Customer experience touchpoint results

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
-University Degree qualification
-2-5 years’ experience in marketing or telecommunications industry

-Regular rotation of graduates and interns
-Active youth panel of 10-20 students
