The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a fine dining restaurant and fulfills the following requirements;
- WSET level 2 ( or other related degree)
- Thorough understanding of Micros and MS Office.
- Ability to educate/advise customers as well as waitstaff about wines.
- Managing inventories and ordering system for the outlet
- First class people skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a multi-national, multi-cultural environment
- Confident in conducting F&B related trainings
