
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maximising new member opportunities, by utilising sales promotions and referral campaigns to achieve monthly sales targets in accordance with company objectives.
- Complete presentations and appointments to potential new members as per company guidelines and with reference to appropriate price presentation material.
- Complete the required number of contacts via the telephone and follow up leads to maximise sales opportunities.
- Drive visitation through the 90-day new member integration experience by prescribing relevant club products/services, utilising Program Review Sessions appropriately and continually monitoring member visits
- Build and maintain key relationships with new and existing members to increase the level of referrals as a result of good client management
Requirements
- Experience with branch systems and multi-level marketing
- 1-2 years+ working in a customer centric/customer focused industry or environment
- Proven sales experience in a similar environment
- High level and quality of customer service experience

Entry level $34,086 - Base Salary + Super + Commission

$35,525 - Base salary + Super + Commission
12 months
$40,600 – Base salary + Super + Commission
