Job Description
This is an exciting role in which you will spearhead the development and implementation of Sales & Marketing initiatives that will help build brand, increase industry esteem and preference, and establish ownership of the Hongkong market space. You will be responsible for driving shareholder value through the maximisation of revenue. As a Manager you will effectively lead a team of Sales Executives with the objectives of continuing to grow and develop the client base.
You are required to deliver set revenue targets, produce long and short term local sales and channel plan including revenue targets as part of an integrated sales strategy. You will manage relationships with other airlines and trade bodies.You will also be responsible for achieving annual sales targets within operating budget with a focus on increasing revenues.
Key accountabilities will include strategy formulation, sales & marketing, leadership, account management and staff management & training
Job Requirements
To join our 5-star team in this role you will hold a University Degree with a minimum of 5 years airline sales experience in a developed market environment. You will have a strong track record of strategic planning, track record of implementing change, of revenue delivery and a proven team leadership.
To be successful in this role you must be committed, articulate with a high level of customer service at all times and possess the ability to develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influence key companies. Good communication skills is essential for this role.
