What you’ll do:

- Recruitment and Selection - Analyses position competency requirements to identify candidate selection criteria. Leverages appropriate sourcing strategies to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates. Identifies selection and assessment strategies that ensure efficient, effective and fair applicant evaluation processes. Develops candidate assessment tools based on best practice candidate evaluation methods.

- Adaptability - Accepts change and a willingness to try new things while remaining effective and retaining perspective in the face of difficult or demanding situations. Recognizes and respond quickly to changing situations. Adjusts team goals or plans to meet new demands and priorities. Demonstrates an appropriate level of composure and patience during trying circumstances.

Puts customer’s issues in order of priority and addresses most pressing concerns
Industry Knowledge - Demonstrates understanding of the temporary staffing industry in the Hospitality vertical as well as Work Abroad. Works towards education and awareness of the industry and current trends.

What you bring to the table:

- High school diploma or general education degree; some college preferred; or 1-2 years of current recruitment experience, or customer service and/or sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to learn and work with new programs.

- Experience in the Hospitality/Hotel work at any level industry is a plus.
- Sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.
- Experience in the staffing industry preferred.
- Customer Service attitude with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual language skills are a plus.
- Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Most Important: Desire and ability to help people and improve their life.
