Title: Strategic Account Manager (B2B Focus)
Spark Growth is looking for an experienced, strategic Account Manager to lead client engagements on a full time basis, focusing on clients in B2B industries including Finance, Medical/Healthcare, and Professional Services. Reporting to the Founder and CEO, the Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships – your most important job is keeping clients happy and ensuring they continue to see great value from our services! You will also work with the cross-functional team to ensure client objectives are being met, working within budget and identifying opportunities to grow the account. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to all responsibilities and an entrepreneurial spirit.

To shape brand and executive social media strategy on key accounts, while growing happy client relationships.
This role will include a leadership component. Candidates should value the opportunity to coach junior staff members and look to help further the A-player culture that has been established at Spark Growth. It will include helping to grow the Toronto office team and working with the CEO on special projects and firm management activities.
Note: This role will be complemented by a Studio Manager, who will manage the project from a scope, budget and timeline perspective – your focus will be on the client and strategy, while helping to maintain an appropriate level of service.
Expected level of compensation will depend on experience, ranging from $45-65k.
