Better Interviews is a robust new end-to-end Hiring Management product that improves and simplifies the recruitment process by helping you source, screen, interview and hire qualified candidates. The product includes features such as an applicant tracking system, resume collection, a background check system, interview scheduling, interview Q&A management, and much more to ensure you have all the information and resources you need to hire the right people at the right time.
About You:
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for driving vision, strategy and development of our SaaS products. You will work with a Product Development and Design Team innovating to create the best solutions, features, and experience for our growing customer base.
Job responsibilities:
- Leading large-scale new product development initiatives, including competitive and user research, business case development, scoping, product road map and all phases of the product development lifecycle.
- Leading cross-functional teams, serving as product and part project manager, to define product specifications, establish milestones, and manage development and QA efforts.
- Researching and analyzing the key performance indicators across key traffic sources with the goal of maximizing consumer engagement and enhancing the user experience.
- Creating annotated wireframes, task flows and user scenarios to support and articulate your vision.
- Developing written requirements and assisting in creating/validating mockups, managing their iteration through the design and testing process.
- Leading cross-functional and international teams to define product specifications, establish milestones, and manage the development, implementation and evolution of the website experience.
- Providing recommendations for the best user experiences and product enhancements with the goal of delighting the client.
- Researching, troubleshooting, diagnosing and recommending solutions to increasingly complex business or technical problems.
- Ensuring quality assurance testing is performed prior to go-live launch of new features
- Assisting in managing prioritization of new product enhancements and bug/fixes.
- Manage internal hackatons and product innovation sessions
Qualifications and requirements:
- Four year college degree from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of internet product management experience, preferably consumer and user experience focused. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
- Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision making skills. Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective actions plans to resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional and international teams without formal authority.
- High attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time. Successfully able to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated worker with entrepreneurial passion. Proven creative problem solving and innovative mindset.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with varied responsibilities.

- Engage communities via speaking engagements, webcasts, developer forums, and blogs.
- Act as product evangelist to promote the use of our products through talks, articles, blogging, user demonstrations, recorded demonstrations, or the creation of sample projects.
- You understand everything around our platform. From features and the reasoning behind them to technical details as well as best practices and utilize that knowledge to evangelize internal and external stakeholders to use our products to their fullest potential.
- You collect insights, identify market trends and understand the true needs of our customers.
