Work You'll Do/Responsibilities

 

• Translate business requirements and processes into technical requirement and configuration settings specific to Cognitive Robotics Automation solutions

• Collaborate with team leads to identify gaps and constraints associated with business requirements and process and aid in providing solutions to resolve the process issues

• Develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with both project and client teams to ensure alignment to test strategy and completeness

• Log and track defects and communicate to teams for resolution

• Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team



 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

• Previous experience architecting/managing and/or leading teams in software development using tools such as: UiPath or Automation Anywhere

• Demonstrate strong communication skills to translate technical software solutions to non-technical clients

• 10+ years of IT experience in software development in developing robust web applications and client/server applications

• Ability to consult and direct on clients' software/network infrastructure including: servers, databases, applications, security, firewalls, and all other components when providing direction on software solutions

• Expertise in design and development of user interfaces using .Net, Java, or Python software solutions

• Ability to lead and mentor teams to provide technical deliverables in accordance with SDLC methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile

• Plan, track, manage and lead small teams on short term sprints, and long term software deployments

• 10+ years of experience with MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, or any equivalent database background

• 10+ years of experience software development solutions and frameworks including: Python, C#.NET, ASP.NET, Java, J2EE, Springs, Struts, WCF, WPF, RESTful Web Services, TFS, and MVC
