Responsibilities

•As a Salesforce Solutions Architect you will have the unique opportunity to design, develop and execute plans covering new and existing software and hardware products

• Lead in the development and implementation of new Salesforce-based solutions

 

• This hands-on team leader will be directly responsible for ongoing oversight of all activities related to our Salesforce strategy and capabilities

•

Act as a hands on subject matter expert to oversee Salesforce development, configurations, integration, enhancements, customizations, and delivery

•

Provide administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow

•

Interact directly with stakeholders and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances

•

Maintain an agile and dynamic delivery to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully

•

Collaborate with various internal departments, including sales, marketing, product development and operations to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance

•

Communicate with project managers, users and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment

•

Works with team members to lead development of specifications and technical designs for complex projects using a combination of out of the box features and custom code

•

Develop automated and customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, requirements and company goals

 

 

Salesforce Team Leadership Required Skills

 

• In-depth with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Force.com, Workflows, data validations Triggers, REST API, with emphasis on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, & Communities

• Experience with Salesforce Sandboxes, Integrations, and Application Development

• Salesforce Administration and Configuration Experience (Sites, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, etc.)

• Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language

• Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and AppExchange/App cloud application integration
