We currently have a really exciting opportunity for a NetSuite Practice Director. Our NetSuite practice is rapidly growing. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are looking for a challenging opportunity We are currently looking for someone who has a strong background with NetSuite implementation and ERP Consulting.


 

You will report to the Vice President of Professional Services. The successful candidate possesses the following qualifications:

 

  • Previous experience leading / growing a NetSuite Practice or another ERP/Business Systems practice

  • NetSuite ERP Implementation experience

  • NetSuite Certifications are a huge plus

  • Background with other ERP / CRM integrations

  • Degree in IT or related field

  • Extensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution of consulting and implementation projects

  • Recognized as valued trusted advisor in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals

  • Passionate and successful in mentoring others and developing their careers

  • Demonstrated ability to:

    • Surface or discover problem solving opportunities thru your personal network and/or thru market relationships nurtured

    • Initiate and manage a solution based sales cycle

    • Plan and manage complex client engagements involving multiple teams

    • Manage vendor relationships

  • Passionate and successful in mentoring others and developing their careers

  • Strong business acumen across a variety of industries and business functions

  • Involvement in local professional networking and civic/community activities

  • Strong local network of IT and business executives and business acumen across a variety of industries and business functions

 

You Can Expect To:

As a member of the global Sphere team you will report to the Vice President of Professional Services and play an integral role in building and growing our NetSuite practice. Simply stated, the successful candidate will lead solutioning as part of efforts that drive business development and delivering solutions while mentoring and growing a strong team of leaders and cultivating effective operations..

  • Lead sales efforts, craft and develop solution approaches and requisite proposals for the local and national market, and successfully engage with clients

  • Network and develop relationships with new clients and partners

  • Lead the delivery and management of client projects, contributing to solutions as needed to establish personal brand and drive collective client and Pariveda success

  • Mentor and serve as a role model to junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, advocating for their career advancement, and serving as an example of career roles and levels they can aspire to

  • Actively represent our culture by leading and participating in efforts around continuous learning, personal and professional development, community service and team building

  • Recruit top talent at the experienced level and from outstanding colleges

  • Diagnose complex technical and business problems and work to uncover unknown and unmet client needs
