We are looking for a talented Email marketing manager to take the lead with our inbound and outbound email marketing strategies. Your main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and newsletters, and writing email and web copy.

Responsibilities

• Identify target audiences and grow our email list

• Design and implement Inbound and Outbound email marketing campaigns

• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling

• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

• Write newsletters including company updates

• Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features

• Ensure prompt and accurate communication to minimize unsubscribes

• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

• Report on leads generated from email marketing efforts

• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
   

Requirements

• First and foremost: Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

• Proven work experience as an Email marketing manager

• Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems

• Hands on experience with email deliverability: domain reputation, bounce analytics, DMARC, sender reputation management, spam score, monitoring and troubleshooting delivery issues

• Experience with email testing and analytics tools (Glock Apps, Postmark, etc)

• Basic knowledge of SMTP and email protocols

• Proficiency in marketing automation (preferably Hubspot)

• Ideal: Knowledge of apollo.io or SalesLoft

• Strong project management skills

• An ability to work under tight deadlines

• BA/BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
