The Talent Acquisition Leader will lead and grow a comprehensive and candidate-centric talent function focused on Corporate and Technical hiring. We’re seeking a leader who will challenge conventional approaches to TA and bring a highly strategic, yet operationally-focused approach to scaling a talent acquisition team.
We are in major growth mode and are seeking a leader who has previous experience scaling professional services and a technology company – they must have enjoyed the ride, along with the education that comes through fast growth, and are ready to utilize all “lessons learned” to continue building our talent acquisition machine.
As a team leader, we’re seeking someone who has envisioned, managed, and mentored a talent acquisition team. Leadership style needs to be routed in empathy, yet highly solutions-oriented and driven by data and outcomes.
The Leader will be leading a geographically-distributed team of technical and corporate recruiters, ensuring there’s a North Star and vision for the team, along with setting KPIs and goals so members can have clarity on their path ahead. Taking a planful and data-focused approach will be key to grow the function.
Partnering with the business and instilling confidence, clarity, and predictability is critical to bring us through growth. We’re seeking a leader with the communications toolkit to ensure our business leaders have skin in the game throughout every hiring touchpoint.
What You'll Do
Optimize current recruiting processes and build new ones from the ground up, with a special emphasis on metrics, sourcing channels, employer branding, and candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers on all aspects of the recruiting process including ideal candidate profile creation, interview process design, compensation planning, and negotiations
Support scaling recruiting operations - you will need to work smarter and not just harder
Simplify, refine, and document best practices across our entire suite of technology to promote a world class talent acquisition experience
Enable Best Practice solutions to enhance user experience
What You'll Need
• 8+ years experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, with most recent experience leading a team of 5+, responsible for goal setting, KPI development, and talent planning
• Significant experience in scaling a company and building out data-driven plans to support growth
• Must be able to articulate the legacy they left at their previous/current company and why it matters
• Experience questioning the norm in a savvy fashion and driving breakthrough solutions
• Previous experience utilizing technology to enable success (ATS and other systems optimization, etc)
• A scrappy navigator at heart who can figure things out with little guidance
• Led Recruiting programs, at varying stages of completion, and bring to completion
• Project management skills and disciplines
