Sales Executive/Client Partner

At Sphere, we offer end-to-end technology solutions, data and analytics services, enterprise applications, strategic technology advisory and staff augmentation services, through onsite and remote world-class teams. Now we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team remotely. 
 

We are seeking experienced Sales Executives whose qualifications include:

  • Proven experience selling Data Related Software and/or Cloud Based Applications, AI/ML

  • Proven ability and track record selling to Line of Business and selling Business Value vs Product

  • Proven record of overachieving $2M+ quota annually

  • Hunter mentality with a consistent 5+ meetings per week average

  • Proven experience and track record with solution-based approach to selling and complex sales process management

  • Ability to cultivate, manage, develop, and close new business/logos

  • Proven and established professional, consultative relationships with the client, up to and including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts achieved via developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

  • Relevant and timely competitor knowledge across current and targeted accounts to strategically position Ezmerals offering effectively

  • A positive attitude and desire to win


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support Clients with a twelve-month documented account development plan for each account;
  • Document sales strategy, verbalize and translate prospective clients needs into solutions; 
  • Perform at least one weekly sales pipeline review with responsible manager/s;
  • Maintain a minimum pipeline of 3X of your quota for a 120-day rolling period;
  • Navigate emerging and mid-market level corporate structures;
  • Prepare contracts and SOW and follow up;
  • Client Relationship Management & Satisfaction including 12 month account development plan, Territory Account Planning & Strategy;
  • Manage Objections.

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling, Client facing and consultancy (5+);
  • Experience selling ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) (required);
  • Experience selling into C-Suite;
  • Experience in software engineering/project management methodologies and tools;
  • Experience with staff augmentation or recruiting service offering;
  • Bachelor's Degree.
