We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. You will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization. You will be part of an ambitious, driven and quality focused global talent acquisition team. Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring Sphere’’s most important asset - its people!
As Technical Recruiter, you will:
Strategize on ways to successfully build talent pipelines for multiple, complex searches.
Directly source candidates through research, messaging campaigns, social media, referral generation, and events.
Conduct preliminary conversations with potential candidates about the company and the role that they are interested in.
Ensure that candidates are seamlessly moving through the interview process.
Manage offers by negotiating, acting as an internal advocate for candidates, and extending offers.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to effectively drive change and propose process improvements.
Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the global Talent Acquisition and HR team
Recommend and drive improvements to scale our overall recruiting practice; for example, you will run recruitment workshops for hiring managers and interviewers
Package and present performance and quality of hiring pipelines for main key partners
Provide accurate weekly reporting based on key metrics
Requirements
5+ years of experience hiring technical talent by sourcing, pitching, and closing candidates
2+ years of experience independently closing engineering candidates
Experience working as part of an in-house internal recruitment team
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Passion for technology
