Objective:

The monday.com expert is responsible for communicating with prospects and clients to understand their workflows, setting up monday.com in the most efficient way to help them achieve their goals, identify new/upsell opportunities and work closely with sales to help them close monday.com opportunities.

The ideal candidate has experience in the following areas:

  • Web application setup, support, and training (min 2 years)
  • Account management (min. 2 years)
  • Experience talking/seling to C-suite/Executives and understanding business needs
  • Cross department collaboration
  • Avid monday.com user

KPIs:

  • Convert 50%+ of initial consultation calls to paid engagement
  • Achieve 90%+ client satisfaction 
  • Grow month-over-month software and services revenue

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Speak with prospective clients to understand their workflows and help them understand the value of monday.com
  • Demo monday.com platform according to relevant workflow needs
  • Create and present professional service proposals
  • Configure client boards including workflow automations (no code required) and integrations with other apps
  • Manage monday.com implementation projects to deliver on time and within budget
  • Manage ongoing communication with clients and internally 
  • Identify opportunities for license expansion and upgrades and service upsell opportunities
  • Provide live user training, record training videos, and document training materials
  • Work with marketing to promote monday.com (write blog posts, identify target audiences, provide campaign ideas)
  • Document processes and best practices
  • Engage with the monday.com community and attend available training
  • Understand business apps that integrate with monday.com 
  • Recommend apps to build and offer on monday’s marketplace
