Client Partner

At Sphere, we offer staff augmentation services, end-to-end technology solutions, and enterprise applications through onsite and remote world-class teams. Now we are looking for a Client Partner to join our team remotely. 


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support Clients with a twelve-month documented account development plan for each account;
  • Document sales strategy, verbalize and translate prospective clients needs into solutions; 
  • Perform at least one weekly sales pipeline review with responsible manager/s;
  • Maintain a minimum pipeline of 3X of your quota for a 120-day rolling period;
  • Navigate emerging and mid-market level corporate structures;
  • Prepare contracts and SOW and follow up;
  • Client Relationship Management & Satisfaction including 12 month account development plan, Territory Account Planning & Strategy;
  • Manage Objections.

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling, Client facing and consultancy (5+);
  • Experience selling ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) (required);
  • Experience selling into C-Suite;
  • Experience in software engineering/project management methodologies and tools;
  • Experience with staff augmentation or recruiting service offering;
  • Bachelor's Degree.
