At Sphere, we offer staff augmentation services, end-to-end technology solutions, and enterprise applications through onsite and remote world-class teams. Now we are looking for a Client Partner to join our team remotely.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support Clients with a twelve-month documented account development plan for each account;
- Document sales strategy, verbalize and translate prospective clients needs into solutions;
- Perform at least one weekly sales pipeline review with responsible manager/s;
- Maintain a minimum pipeline of 3X of your quota for a 120-day rolling period;
- Navigate emerging and mid-market level corporate structures;
- Prepare contracts and SOW and follow up;
- Client Relationship Management & Satisfaction including 12 month account development plan, Territory Account Planning & Strategy;
- Manage Objections.
Requirements:
- Experience in selling, Client facing and consultancy (5+);
- Experience selling ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) (required);
- Experience selling into C-Suite;
- Experience in software engineering/project management methodologies and tools;
- Experience with staff augmentation or recruiting service offering;
- Bachelor's Degree.
