The Role: Acumatica Implementation Consultant

We are currently seeking an accomplished Implementation Consultant with Acumatica experience.

The Acumatica Implementation Consultant will have deep knowledge of the Acumatica application (i.e., Finance/Accounting/Inventory/Warehouse Management), and will work alongside a team of experts committed to delivering world-class experience to our customers.

What you will do:

• In gathering ERP system requirements, manage client-facing discovery sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and key client stakeholders

• Determine and make recommendations for areas of improvement or expanded functionality; analyze and evaluate current client ERP Systems and processes

• Conduct training for SME/end users for proper use and maintenance of the ERP systems and third-party solutions implemented

• Manage client’s user acceptance testing; update all documentation and configuration based on testing results

• Collaborate effectively with implementation team to meet the client’s business needs and expectations

• Collaborate with our marketing and growth teams to regularly produce thought leadership artifacts such as articles, case studies, success stories, blog posts, white papers

• Maintain weekly project documentation and time/expense entries for project management and invoice processing .

Requirements:

What you will need:

• Strong working knowledge of the ERP system modules or suites, including certifications and badges (Core Financials, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, etc.)

• Strong working knowledge of accounting and standard business processes to effectively discuss and direct key ERP system functionality with client SME/end users and stakeholders

• 2 or more years of experience as a mid-market ERP Systems Implementation Consultant with focus on either Finance, Fixed Assets, or Project Accounting endeavors

• Solid business enterprise workflow experience/knowledge

• Understanding of business and accounting processes

• Exceptional listening skills and problem investigation

• Great presentation and training skills (both written and oral)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• A degree in Accounting, Computer science/information technology, or equivalent would be a plus.
