Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business requirements and architect solutions on the NetSuite platform

• Understand and help document customer business processes

• Work with customers to configure their account and train them on system functionality

• Provide end user training

• Update forms, add custom fields, create dashboards, and setup saved searches and reports

• Quickly assess customer needs, research system issues, and resolve user problems for clients

• Provide data conversion via CSV import

• Answer NetSuite related questions by researching and interpreting information

• Perform administrative functions in Netsuite

• Ensure customer satisfaction

• Manage implementation projects from start to finish

• Participate in our Thought Leadership initiatives and contribute to Thought Leaders artifacts

Requirements:

• NetSuite ERP Consultant

• 5 plus years consulting experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP

• Willing to travel occasionally

• Proficiency in Excel

• Experience creating detailed statements of work

• Understanding of basic accounting processes

• Understanding of databases

• Hardworking and self-motivated

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of HTML , SQL expressions and programming languages a plus

• Previous experience implementing NetSuite

• Experience with Workfront software
