At Sphere, we offer staff augmentation services, end-to-end technology solutions, and enterprise applications through onsite and remote world-class teams. Now we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct market research to inform pricing strategies, competitive analysis and strategies to gain market share. Formulate and execute product positioning, messaging, and drive go-to-market strategy;
• Drive the content creation and delivery of marketing assets for a quickly evolving services and solutions portfolio. Content includes blogs posts, case studies, landing pages, podcasts, etc.
• Plan and lead web strategy and content development, publish pages using our CMS, drive SEO and SEM;
• Develop and manage Digital Advertising strategy for lead generation;
• Organize and manage our local Technology events and meetups. Identify industry events to attend, arrange PR coverage when relevant, and facilitate lead generation during the trade shows.
• Build and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns to feed the funnel. Work with cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize needs, including product management, operations, creative and engineering teams to design and deliver assets that drive ROI;
• Interview customers and consultants to create and promote case studies and success stories; 
• Develop highly effective sales presentations and collateral.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing (10+);
• Experience in marketing technology and campaign generation;
• Experience in writing content and messaging (required);
• Experience in IT domain (preferred);
• Experience with PPC and CPM advertising, SEO and SEM;
• Experience with marketing automation, analytics, creative and CRM tools (i.e Hubspot, Google Analytics, Word Press, Photoshop, HTML, etc.);
• Experience in sales presentations and collateral development;
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
