We are seeking a Product Manager with a passion for creating powerful, beautiful and intuitive digital products. You are excited about technology and using it to solve complex problems. You understand how to leverage people, process and tools to build and launch digital solutions. 

Who you are:

• A technical Product leader with 5+ years product management experience and multiple successful platform, cloud, and analytics focused applications launches under your belt

• Bonus point: A former software engineer or technical contributor with a track record of working successfully with technical teams

• Customer obsessed, have empathy for the user, can identify their pain points and opportunities 

• Curious, data driven, can analyze and use data to inform decisions

• Hands-on, can synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications

• Highly organized and have an exceptional attention to detail

• Experience with ownership of mobile, web and cloud solutions 

 

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of Business Requirements, starting from Discovery, UX design, Usability Testing, to Agile-driven Sprint Grooming sessions

• Nice-to-have but not mandatory - Experience with Event Management or any Event Management solution.

• Develop artifacts to drive discussion during workshops to ensure that all business needs are captured in requirements.

• Self-starter to identify business opportunities & problem and work with the business and technology team to define options and develop solutions.

• Manage the backlog during the implementation phase and guiding clients on scope-creep and change management.

• Contribute during all phases of the development cycle (analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment).

• Working with Technical Lead to document, define and share detailed business requirements of critical and complex custom-designed, digital commerce applications that use a wide range of the very latest technologies.

• Function independently and within distributed teams.

• Experience working with functional and nonfunctional requirements for software development and/or integration projects.

• Exceptional presentation, listening, written and verbal communication skills with an ability to hit the ground running at client sites and to rapidly establish rapport with the client.

• Experience of collaborating with remote/offshore development teams.

• Experience with Agile software development methodology, including user story creation.

• Experience working as a professional consultant. 

• Strong understanding of capabilities and limitations of programming languages, middleware solutions, application servers and presentation layer tools.
