Sphere Software is looking for a Tech Recruiter (possibly freelance) to hire as a contractor with the potential to move into a full-time role. You will act as a primary point of contact and handler for full-cycle recruitment experience with our US-based roles in Chicago.
Requirements:
— 2-4 years of tech recruitment experience;
— Experience in direct search and headhunting;
— Multitasking and ability to work under pressure;
— Ability to work independently with clear reporting;
— Strong experience in closing senior developers (mandatory) and exec roles (optional).
Responsibilities:
— Handling the full recruitment process for Senior, Top level positions on several of our key projects (around 20-30 roles to fill with further scope to be defined based on business need);
— Supporting candidates through all stages of the hiring process, including actual adequate feedback;
