We are looking for an exceptional Sales and Business Development Manager to join our world-class community of talented experts and work with our cross-functional team on launching and growing our sales operations.
Job responsibilities:
New Business Development and Sales
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients, partners enhance existing relationships.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Collaborate with marketing to organize and produce local company sponsored events and campaigns
Business Development Planning
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels and new practices that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum three years of successful experience in sales of technology services, solutions or products.
- Proven track record in closing sales, excellent contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent English language skills inlcuding communication, presentaion and public speaking
- Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents, CTOs, and CEO’s.
- Good communicator—excellent listening skills and ability to uncover the real “painful issue" a client might be experiencing.
