Organised and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive
Approaches Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work accordingly
Full drivers licence and willingness to travel through sales territory
Project management experience a distinct advantage

Passion and understanding of Blockchain technology and echo system

Ability to define and create FinTech solutions such as Tokenization and support of Security Token Offerings using Blockchain technology

Key Deliverables
The Solutions and Pre-Sales Technical team is responsible for providing business and technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers that relate the competencies and capabilities of Sphere
solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong core business experience and technical skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team.
Responsible for actively driving and managing the pre sales process with direct prospects and customers
the Pre Sales Consultant must be able to articulate the company’s services capability and technology portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
Primarily engaged in a presales consultancy role, the consultant will provide assistance and guidance during the pre sales process by identifying customers technical and business
requirements, prior to acquiring the detailed information required to develop and estimate a solution design and consult with internal technical team(s) about capabilities. The consultant will primarily support business sales teams, account managers and partners on proposal generation, delivery, and presentation activities.
 

Key Responsibilities
To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements
ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution estimate. Provide financial and technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
Create and confidently deliver presentations internally and externally
Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal
stakeholders.
Create internal design configuration documentation including diagrams with technical
explanations
Work with Product Management and provide feedback on issues with current offerings and provide input regarding new products
Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping
colleagues updated on activities

Perform technical development for custom solutions as part of a design and development frame
work
Able to understand prospect business drivers and risks related to the customer and to Sphere
Co-sell solutions to the prospect with professionalism and enthusiasm
Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, proposal/RFP reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s, and SLA(s)
Adhere to the company’s quality standards and business processes
Structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation
outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using Sphere’s value proposition
To assume responsibility for running an RFP/bid team, where relevant
Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure
smooth transition from Sales to Delivery
